As the weather warms up we reminisce on the cooler months that have passed, by looking back on one of last year’s gorgeous winter weddings which took place at the magical Spicers Clovelly in Montville.
Tash + Adam’s big day was a polished country style wedding with hints of provincial elements which perfectly complimented the hinterland surrounds. With a natural palette of whites, blush pinks and deconstructed greenery it was utterly romantic and charming.
It began with an afternoon garden ceremony which featured a stunning floral arch set beneath the oak tree while guests were entertained by the beautiful sounds of a string quartet. Once they were officially husband and wife and had walked down the aisle beneath a showering of rose petals, guests enjoyed drinks and canapés on the lawn.
As the sun began to set, guests entered the outdoor terrace dining area and snuggled up with fleece blankets beneath a canopy of twinkling lights. Three delicious courses and some heart-warming speeches later, guests had moved inside to bust some moves on the dance floor.
Some of our favourite country wedding styling elements were featured in this beautiful wedding, including exposed wooden banquet tables, foliage detailing, crystal cut glassware, textured napkins, provincial style lounge furniture and twinkling bud lighting.
