Vanessa and Tim’s dream wedding came alive in the rustic warehouse setting at Lightspace Studios in Brisbane’s trendy Fortitude Valley. The industrial warehouse was transformed into a stunning contemporary woodland settingwith an abundance of fresh greenery and soft lighting. Their wedding ceremony also featured fresh herbs and foliage decorating the pews as they were married under the grand ceiling of the Greek Orthodox church.
As guests arrived at the reception a central tree stood tall surrounded by place cards for the reception dinner. Through the soft organza drapes, festoon lanterns and exposed light bulbs hung above long wooden tables creating an intimate feast setting with crisp olive green table runners, glass charger plates and fresh garden greenery and florals in soft pinks on display. Wooden crates, vintage boxes and displays with crystal tealights added warmth to the night. The four-tier cake was displayed on a gorgeous tree stump.
Guests feasted on crusty baguettes and decadent soft cheese as well as enjoying cosy lounges under old chic lampshades and a polaroid photo station. There were also hints of Greece interwoven into the styling of this wedding filled with amazing food and an abundance of olive trees.
Guests left with a beautiful breakfast favour – a brown paper box featuring loose leaf tea, brioche and muesli displayed on vintage ladders.
