Sharni and James celebrated their sweet love in a beautiful wedding ceremony at the adorable Latrobe Chapel, in Brisbane’s inner city, followed by an elegantly styled reception at Customs House.
The glamorous heritage space was the perfect setting for a glamorous 1920’s French theme, visually captivating guests as it transported them to another time and place. The gorgeous colour palette of gold, ivory and white added all the sparkle, sophistication and glamour to the night, reminiscent of decadent Parsian parties of the bygone era.
It was a feast for the eyes. Awash with sparkling gold accents, dazzling lighting projected the beautiful elements of the abundant floral arrangements and elegant dining settings. Each place setting was sublime, featuring a gold Tiffany chair with white cushion, gold trim glass charger place, ivory napkin and cut crystal glassware. Table centrepieces were stunning in cream and white displays using orchids, roses and seasonal florals in a gold candelabra on a mirror base. Illuminated marquee LOVE letters added romance to the dance floor. A champagne tower, gelato cart, photo booth and sparkler send off for our couple stole the night away. It was a breathtaking affair.
To add the icing to the cake (pun intended), James got his wish for his dream Batman wedding cake…well sort of. Take a look.
